As a fully competent designer, performs non-routine and complex assignments which include responsibility for planning and conducting a complete project or multiple projects with diverse designs. Works with the Design Supervisor and Engineers to define project objectives, requirements, design approaches, and prepare design estimates. Capable of leading teams of designers and/or drafters on multiple projects simultaneously. Manage design schedules, and milestone drawing dates for assigned projects.
