JOB SUMMARY:
To manage the return merchandise process from beginning to end.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Issue Returned Merchandise (RMA) Numbers
2. Inspect returned goods
3. Issue credit notes or/and rebill invoices
4. Respond to return related questions and review issues and concerns in an expedient manner
5. Prepare export shipments to go to parent company
