Responsibilities:
Manage staff of sixteen managers and 200+ part-time employees; responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training.
Improve quality of customer service to create an energetic and positive Store Experience. Support relationships with local customers and build the brand among foreign clientele through a highly interactive and friendly service approach.
Aid the General Manager in tasks including conference call preparation, store visits by company Directors and other corporate employees, and follow-up with all store management team members
Skills Needed/Experience:
Project Management & Task Organization
Verbal & Written Communication, including the ability to type 50 WPM
Interpersonal/Leadership Skills
